– Our Story –
In 1990, SAVE6 was co-founded by Ross Wiczer and Larry Lessin for an FSBO advertising service. They started with an initial investment of $1000, and 30 years later, that was the best $1000 they ever spent. For the next few years to come, they published For Sale By Owner magazines, featured on news channels, and gained clientele. As publicity grew, so did SAVE6. Home sellers began asking if they could list their home on the MLS as a FSBO. They knew this is what the business needed to reach new heights, so they charged a flat fee to list the seller’s houses, and enabled the seller to save thousands of dollars in real estate commissions.
Fast-forward to present day, and 80% of our customers are repeat customers or referrals. In addition to that, we have tons of real estate investors who sell between 2 to 20 houses a year through us. Not only will our service help you sell your home and save thousands in fees, but equally as important to us is the level of service we provide.
